1. What the Service is
   • Kids reading app.
2. Your account
   • Keep your password private.
   • You’re responsible for everything that happens under your login.
3. Payments and cancellations
   • Service is free.
   • Currently we don't offer paid plan.
4. Acceptable use
   • Don’t try to hack, reverse‑engineer, or overload the Service.
   • No bots or scraping without permission.
5. Your content and ours
   • You own what you write. You give us a license to store, process.
   • We own the software and brand. You can’t copy or sell them without consent.
6. Privacy
   • Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why.
7. No guarantees
   • The Service is provided “as‑is.” We can’t promise it will be perfect, always available, or error‑free, and AI answers may be wrong.
8. Liability limits
   • We’re not liable for indirect or special damages.
9. Ending the relationship
   • You can delete your account at any time.
   • We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law
    • Latvian law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Riga, Latvia.
11. Changes to these terms
    • We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll email you or show a banner. Keep using the Service after the change = you accept the new terms.
